Step 1: One of our sales advisors will take the details of your existing home. We’ll usually link up with a part exchange partner who ask up to three local agents to value the property.
Step 2: Our part exchange partners will draw up a report, which we’ll share with you, and they’ll make you a direct offer for your property.
Step 3: If you accept the offer, the deal is done. Subject to survey and normal legal checks, you have a guaranteed buyer.
Step 4: Complete the reservation paperwork for your new build home. You can then get straight into the enjoyable stuff like choosing your new kitchen, tiling and flooring!
Part Exchange is only available on selected plots at selected developments, so it’s best to speak to our sales team at the development where you’d like to buy.
We may wish to remarket their home while you are still living there, depending on how far off your new home is form being ready. Don’t worry – an estate agent can deal with the viewings if you wish.
There must be a difference of at least 25% between the value of your existing home and the one they you from us (the one you are buying from us being the higher priced property).
