This promotion is available on all released plots on our Roborough Eco Homes, Woolmer Copse, Monaveen House, Trevethow Riel and Castle Court developments.
The £99 fee is fully refundable up until the full reservation is completed.
We will secure your plot with your £99 reservation fee and completion of an Early Bird Reservation form.
Subject to the Lockdown being lifted, alongside viewing the property/development, you will be given a ‘holding time’ up to the 31st May 2020.
The Early Bird Reservation will then be converted to a full reservation.
The remaining reservation fee is payable at this stage.
Should a plot be build complete and already have carpets in, the incentive of £5000 can go towards window dressings or moving costs.
