In line with these guidelines, your deposit is held in a 3rd party customer bank account, not our business bank account. This ensures that your money is protected: if the unthinkable happened and our business went into liquidation, your deposit could not be touched and would be completely safe.

We want your whole experience with us to be a pleasure before, during and after installation.
When we visit you for the first time we will be happy to answer any questions you have. We understand that purchasing a solar power system or a heat pump is a big investment therefore we want you to have all the information you need in order to come to a decision.
We don’t use high-pressure sales, or ask you to place an order during the initial site visit. If we felt a renewable energy system was inappropriate for your circumstances we would tell you (we have done this in the past!).
Before we leave you to enjoy the many benefits of your renewable energy installation we ensure that our customers are shown how to use their system and how to get the most out of it.
We want our customers to be delighted with their system therefore if your system isn’t working to your complete satisfaction then we will check, repair or replace it free of charge for a period of one year following date of installation—our workmanship is also independently guaranteed.
