The scheme, master-planned by HTA Design, will be delivered in two phases with construction scheduled to commence Spring 2016. The development will be phased over two years and include a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
ZeroC is pleased to confirm the conversion of Ansbury House has begun. Located in a popular well established area of Poundbury; Ansbury House will now become the home to eight 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The development will be completed Summer 2015.
ZeroC has been granted planning permission to convert the Grade II listed buildings at Tail Mill to residential, including 22 new build homes. The site is located to the east of the village of Merriott, South Somerset. May 2014 has seen ZeroC pick up 3 more prestigious awards. We won two awards at the RIBA South West awards, including best project of 2014 for Officers Field. We were also victorious at the RICS South West awards winning best Residential Scheme. Officers Field is now been considered for a Stirling prize nomination.
The first Phase of our Knockroon development in Cumnock, Scotland is now complete and the last house has been sold. The houses are being built in a partnership between ZeroC and Hope Homes. The scheme will eventually incorporate up to 500 high quality homes.
